Creamy Balsamic Pork Tenderloin - YUM!!

Creamy Balsamic Pork Tenderloin – AKA "The Dish That'll Make You Feel Like a Gourmet Chef (Without the Stress)" 😎🍽️

Prep Time: 5 mins ⏳ | Cook Time: 20 mins ⏳ | Servings: 4 (or 2 if you’re really hungry)

Ingredients:

🥩 1 pound pork tenderloin (because, obviously, we need pork)
🧂 Salt & pepper (seasoning is a must, people!)
🧄 ½ - 1  teaspoon garlic powder (because garlic makes everything better)
🌾 Flour (just enough to lightly coat our porky friends)
🧈 3-4 tablespoons butter, divided (because butter makes everything better)
🫒 1 tablespoons olive oil (gotta keep things sizzling)
🍄 4 large portobello mushrooms, sliced (or cremini if you’re feeling cute)
🍗 1/2 cup chicken broth (or white wine if you’re feeling rebellious)
🍷 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (fancy, right?)
🌿 1 tablespoon of fresh Thyme (fresh is always best)
🥛 1 cup heavy/whipping cream (aka liquid gold)

Directions:

1️⃣ Slice & Season: Cut your pork into 1-inch medallions (because tiny pork steaks sound fancier). Give them a generous sprinkle of salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides. Then, coat each piece lightly in flour—think of it as giving them a light dusting of confidence before their big moment.

2️⃣ Sizzle Time: Heat up 1 tablespoon butter + olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. When it’s hot enough to make your pork sizzle dramatically, add the medallions. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side (aka until they look golden and delicious), then transfer them to a plate like the VIPs they are.

3️⃣ Mushroom Magic: Add the remaining 1-2 tablespoons of butter & salt, toss in those mushrooms. Stir them around for about 5 minutes until they’re beautifully browned and smelling amazing.

4️⃣ Sauce It Up: Pour in the chicken broth (or for my rebels, the White Wine), balsamic vinegar, and fresh thyme. Let it bubble and do its thing for 2 minutes while you admire your work.

5️⃣ Creamy Goodness: Stir in the heavy cream and reunite the pork with its new saucy home. Reduce the heat to medium, and let everything simmer for another 5 minutes (or until the sauce thickens and the pork is cooked through).

6️⃣ Final Touches: Taste-test like a pro, season with more salt & pepper if needed, and then serve it up like the kitchen rockstar you are.   Don’t forget to top the dish with some more fresh thyme for decoration.

👩‍🍳 Chef’s Tip: Serve with mashed potatoes or mashed cauliflower.  You’re welcome. 😏🍷

Now, go forth and impress your family, your date, or just yourself. Because this dish is next-level delicious with minimal effort. Enjoy! 😍🔥 #PorkPerfection
